- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and based on job size, distance, and difficulty (stairs, heavy items, etc.). I provide flat-rate quotes whenever possible with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for same-day service or multiple items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the job details and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule a time that works best. I arrive on time, handle all lifting and moving safely, and make sure everything is placed exactly where requested before payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in furniture moving, heavy lifting, and appliance handling. I follow proper lifting techniques, safety procedures, and customer service best practices to protect both your property and myself during every job.
