- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Beyond initial contact with new clients, there is a consultation where inquiries, menu ideals and accommodations are discussed. Followed by optional menus being presented, chosen and the dispatch of deposit for the chosen services. From there, the invoice is satisfied the day of the events set up and execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an Associates degree in Culinary Arts
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cooking simple items at the age of 5 with my great grandmother. My great grandparents kept a simple and rural lifestyle with old ways (hand drawn well water and many other old world living ways of life, including cooking with cast iron, wood burning stove. From there with the additional influence of my maternal grandmother, mother and father, my love of cooking only blossomed!
