Job has yet to be done but I appreciated what he said he would do to hopefully keep this from reoccurring every few years. The estimate seemed reasonable as well as the description. Very nice and professional to deal with about this ongoing problem.

We will hire Carl in the near future. He came out in a timely manner and was very helpful, stating that the roofing project I needed can wait a few months. He could have charged for a temporary patch but stated that it was not necessary. Can't wait to work with Carl in a few months.

Mr. Singleton did a fantastic job, he replaced the ceiling in two rooms painted the rooms and cleaned up everything. He and his crew did the work and did not waste any time. He was a professional from the bid to the finished project. I will hire him again and recommend anyone needing any home improvements and repairs hire Carl's Builders.
