FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in a "right on the money"clean finished project. That's just what the customer wanted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the project has been throughly discussed or on some bigger jobs, walked down, we give a fair quote for time and materials. Then begin the project as soon as the customer sets a schedule date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 22 years as a certified union carpenter which requires me to take classes and stay current in courses such as residential and industrial framing, windows and door install, sheet rock install and mudding in, and stair and deck engineering design just to name a few. I also apprenticed for 5 years under an electrician on residential electrical projects. I've taking on jobs at several nuclear power plants as maintenance and/or on a team during shut downs which required a broad range of handyman techniques and skills.
