Quick & Efficient Moving Company LLC was only OK, well actually the workers were great. The owner Marcus tried to tag on an extra $55 that no one ever discussed to the $200 that we agreed on (I record all my business phone calls by the way) nor was it shown on an invoice at all. It’s not the small amount of $55 that’s the problem. It’s the principle, be a man of your word and know what your word is. He wanted to call it a service fee and stated his secretary, mistakenly left it off even though multiple phone calls he never even mention the service fee. Even the invoice i was handed said $200. So with that I can only give them three stars. I picked this company because they seem to have good reviews. I just wish I had to experience that the other people had who given them five stars. The workers are actually pretty cool. The workers actually moved everything in a timely manner and did didn’t break anything so the workers get five stars.

Our goal isn't to get over any of our customers with pricing, we are here to make your life easier! Sorry that the representative you spoken to did not make it clear to you that the service fee applies for all & was not properly placed on your invoice. So we do apologize on that record. But we are sure that if you spoken to the owner Marcus he made it aware from the beginning that that we have a strict policy on our "Service Fee" of $55 USD.
