Charles fixed a horrendous mess that a different plumber made when the original plumber ran my hot and cold PECS water lines through my cabinets and countertop, leaving them visibly exposed in my kitchen. The original plumber said I had no other choice, which was insane. Charles came over on a days notice, showed up exactly when he said he would, re routed everything properly so it was hidden, and charged me a very reasonable sum I was happy to pay him, that we agreed to in advance. No BS. No surprise change orders. I recommended him to a buddy a few months later, and he fixed a heating line in my buddy’s pool for him. Same deal. I’ll never call anyone else.

Charles and his crew jumped into action helping us find a major water leak. Within 12 hours of me reaching out to Charles (Friday afternoon) he was able to determine we need a leak detection person to find leak. Leak was found and work was done to re-route water lines. Charles kept us informed every step of the way. With such a major project he and his team were great. And it’s the little details that set him apart. Thank you Charles and Team!

I had an issue with my septic tank’s transfer pump. They came out, identified the problem, the pump had gone bad because of bad installation. When finished, my system was working perfectly again and was put back together better than it was originally done. I have other projects that I’ll be using them for because of the quality work and over all professionalism.
