- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the frequency of clean. The more visits per week the lower the price and the cleaner your space will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an honest conversation with them first. I ask them what areas are of most concern to them. During the walk through we take pictures of the space and take detailed notes to ensure we don’t miss anything. Then we formulate a cleaning plan specifically with the client in mind. Good communication is the key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes cleaning data centers for companies who want there server rooms cleaned. Also cleaning clean rooms where they make products that go inside patients. These are very critical cleaning areas. This experience I feel puts me ahead of the general office cleaner. I feel I have to adhere to a higher standard of clean. I take the same approach when cleaning offices. We are also Licensed, Bonded and Insured so rest easy.
