I'll admit it. I've heard it my entire life. Ever since I was a child.
When this trait benefits people, I'm described as organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
When this trait irritates people, I'm described as anal, obsessive, OCD'ish and nitpicky.
I never thought I would find someone that was as obsessed with cleaning as myself. But all that changed Friday morning when I found Go West Cleaning Services.
Owner, Trelayanea West, can be described as the epitome of OCD - but instead of obsessive compulsive disorder - the acronym stands for Obsessive Cleaning Diva! I messaged her around 3am and she responded within 3 hours. Drove over to give an estimate when I said I wasn't comfortable with a phone quote.
The Go West team went above and beyond my expectations on cleaning a rental unit that had really been beaten up (by both the former tenants and the construction). The entire unit looks AMAZING. She didn't miss any details - even window tracks and ceiling fans. She tackled rust stains with pumice stones.
I had been a bit stressed out regarding some cleaning needs at our familial home - because I can't be there to supervise, but now that I've met her and her team - I feel comfortable hiring her for the job.
That reminds me - another thing that's made me a life-long fan of Go West Cleaning: Mrs. West is tech savvy - so our entire transaction from start to finish was 'remote.' This was especially helpful since I'm located over 5 hours away. She accepts electronic payments (that may seem like strange thing to point out, but a lot of local folks don't). And we did video calls before during and after the cleaning - and she emailed and texted photos that met my exact specifications.

Trelayanea and her family did an amazing job with a move out cleaning for a rental home that was so bad. They took their time and cleaned each room of the house with so much detail. The property manager and I were truly shocked after they got done cleaning. She was quick with responding and performing the service. I am beyond happy with her work and will use Go West Cleaning moving forward with all my other properties.

Mrs. West and her team are the best! They cleaned my home beyond my expectations. I have had several cleaners in the past and they didn’t clean nearly as good as Go West. I will definitely use them for my future cleaning. Hiring them was the best decision I made.
