FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our personal training services are offered through a monthly subscription model designed to support your fitness journey with consistency and accountability. Pricing is $300 per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment to help ensure you establish real, lasting habits. After the initial commitment, your plan continues on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to continue progressing without long-term contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting your health journey with us is simple and personalized from day one. Here’s how the process works: Initial Call We begin with a quick and friendly video call where we get to know each other. This conversation is all about understanding your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. It also gives you a chance to ask questions and learn more about how we work. Personalized Plan Setup Based on what we discuss, we’ll create a training plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, reducing pain, or feeling better day to day. Quick and Easy Start Once you're ready, we can get started pretty quickly—often within just a week of your initial call. You'll be supported every step of the way with expert guidance, accountability, and motivation. Your goals become our goals, and we’ll work together to make them happen!
