- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.)We establish contact with our new customers, we set up a meeting that best fit our customer. 2.) After we meet and greet, we being our assessment of the project. Once our assessment has concluded we ask for 48 hours to process our findings. During that time we are going over drone footage, measurements, etc, and we compile all this information into a damage report. We then send over the damage report with photos detailing our plan of action. The estimate is always includes with the damage report. We give these documents out FREE of charge. 3.) After the Plan of action is in place, we review all build day procedures with the customer, schedule the project, complete the project and then collect payment. UNLIKE our completion, no draws, or deposit are necessary! We don’t get paid until you are satisfied! 4.) After the project is complete and the invoice paid, we do a 6 month follow up and request a friendly review from our new found friends!
