- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is project based. Every project has unique needs that are specific to the space so we ensure we price based on what you need so you get the result you are after. Note! We are geared for medium sized projects and larger. If you have a small project such as a couple of cabinets or shelves, we work with handymen to accomplish those jobs when they arise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The fastest way is a phone call along with pictures as we can cover a lot of ground that way to get a feel for what it is you need. If you have video, oftentimes that is even better but several pictures go a long way. If it looks like something that could be a great fit for both of us, then we will schedule and onsite visit to dive deeper and ensure we can meet your goals on a timeline that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction world for over 16 years. Having been involved with remodeling properties of all sorts of sizes, creating additions, additional floors and also new construction from the ground up, we have a lot of experience with a lot of types of projects!
