Our pricing is competitive and based on the size of the space, type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-in/out), and any special requests. We offer free estimates and clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and we occasionally offer seasonal promotions. All pricing includes supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified. At Salem Rose Cleaning we are always happy to customize a package that fits your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by learning about your specific cleaning needs—whether it's for a home, office, or a one-time deep clean. We’ll discuss the size of the space, areas you'd like us to focus on, and any preferences or concerns you have. After that, we provide a clear estimate and schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the cleaning, our team will arrive on time with all necessary supplies and equipment. After the job is done, we check in to make sure you're satisfied and answer any questions. If you're interested in recurring service, we can set that up to fit your schedule and budget.
