FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for Junk removal is typically charged by the quarter load, although the price can fall somewhere in between. The amount of junk a person can get on our trailer is well worth the investment. It is an 18 ft x 6 ft trailer with 4 ft sides. The pricing listed on our profile is scaled as Minimum, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full loads and not by pickup loads.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer whether it be through a text or a phone call. I discuss the details of the project with them to see what price range we are looking at. I explain how our pricing works. Sometimes jobs are more complex and are more than just charging by the space. Most of the time I will get pictures from the customer to gain a better understanding of what to expect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I went to school for business at Kennesaw State University and have years of experience in retail management. After years of working 6 days a week for corporate companies, my son was born. He was born in 2019. I had decided that I wanted something different and that I didn’t want to miss much time with him. 3 months after he was born, I started my business. I began with a ‘94 Nissan pickup truck and a 4x10 homemade trailer from the 80’s. Now I have 4 trailers that all serve their own purpose. It has been a great experience and I have come a long way and look to continue growing my business.
