- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
P that the only reason I’m low and cost is because I don’t feel right charging today’s prices and I feel that everyone Can use a plumber every once in a while not this the well off and I don’t wanna empty nobodies bank account I just want to make a decent living I feel good doing it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to what’s going on what the problem is fine the issue explain to the customer as much information as possible as in why it failed and look for any source that might’ve caused the problem for example a Running toilet that constantly runs if it’s not the flapper it might just be high-pressure in the house and forcing itself through the fuel valve Explain in much detail as needed and try to let the customer understand what the issue is
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in construction all my life went to school for carpentry, welding, all mechanics, and bodywork. I framed houses, remodeled houses, helped build skyscrapers, done vinyl siding for 15 years, done roofing, concrete work etc. all my life I’ve been in construction of one sort of an another
