We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we first called, the customer service team was absolutely stellar. Instead of asking us to call back — especially with everything we had going on — they offered to follow up themselves, and they truly did. They checked in, made sure we were okay, and helped us schedule service without adding any extra stress.
They sent Scott to handle our plumbing issue after our new sink and countertops were installed, and he was fantastic. Scott was kind, helpful, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and walked us through what he was doing. We were highly pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend them.

Deep Dive replaced my water heater back in December and did an outstanding job. The whole experience was so refreshing, the office staff is super friendly, the technician came out right away, explained things to me in a way that I could actually understand, and the work was flawless!
