Dmitry responded right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and advised us about the most cost-effective method to have the repair made through the manufacturer since the part is still under warranty. Awesome experience!! We had issues with our dryer, dishwasher and oven!! He serviced them all and was in and out in under two hours. Impressive and my baby was able to take a nap during the service showing how attentive he was to noise and details! We now have a forever appliance contractor!!
