Dmitri was extremely pleasant and professional. He came out right away, even though he knew it was going to be a complicated job that many would probably procrastinate. He texted to let us know when he was on his way, and showed up on time. This was a large over the oven microwave that had to be mounted and connected to the vent. He stayed until 10 pm to get the job done and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. He did not cut any corners and read carefully through the instructions to make sure everything was done correctly. He even took the time to give us some free tips on our other appliances. We are so thankful for the quality work, and now we know who we will call the next time anything goes wrong with any of our appliances. Thank you so much for your quality work, Dimitri!
