Johnny was very professional and came to my home to pick up and drop off my computer. He was able to diagnose my issue and install the new part right away. Johnny is a great and knowledgeable individual. He and I discussed possible issues with my PC and possible solutions. In my mind I was thinking worst case scenario. Johnny said let me take a look at it before we cross that bridge. He met me at my place and picked up my machine. He called my a few days later, said he tested everything and my issue was a very simple solution. He went the extra mile to make sure that this would not happen again. He was able to work with my schedule and we met when it worked out for the both of us. I must tell those who are reading this that professional and value Johnny provided is top notch and I recommend him to fix all your PC issues. If I had another issue, then I would contact Johnny again.

We had an older Brothers printer that was no longer working wirelessly...didn't recognize our home network. Johnny came on time and did an evaluation. He could not fix it to print wirelessly, but rather than leaving us without, he suggested that it could be hardwired if we used a printer cable. We were very glad to have an alternative to still be able to use the printer, as it's still in good shape otherwise. We are happy customers. He was very professional, had a great attitude of wanting us help have printing capability. We will definitely use him again.
