I had a number of odd jobs I needed done around my house. David was incredibly accommodating as I kept remembering other things I needed to have done. From fixing a garage door panel to inserting screens to replacing fluorescent bulbs in light fixtures to getting a stuck shelf out of closet, he did it quick, and the work was quality. I would highly recommend David for your fix it needs.

Super quick and efficient! I asked if he could help me set up my curtains and wall art a day before I needed it done, and he responded right away and said he could do it at the time I needed. I recommend 100%, and I definitely will be using David in the future.

We hired David from BuildIT to assemble a pergola we purchased, and he exceeded our expectations! He was punctual, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. Even when our pergola delivery was delayed, he was quick to reschedule us. His workmanship is top-notch, and the finished pergola looks beautiful and sturdy. Once he finished, he took the time to demonstrate all the features for us, and he was patient and friendly while answering our questions. David and his wife were very helpful in two repairs we needed: paint job for our coffee bar and one ceiling drywall/paint repair. The coffee bar looks pretty good. The ceiling looks decent, but the lines aren’t as straight as they could be to match the rest of the room. He applied some mud, sanded down, and painted, but I’m not sure if that’s the best technique. He came back to sand down the ceiling again after I’d had some concerns about the bumpiness of the finish. He also did not use painters type for either job, so the edges aren’t perfectly straight. Ultimately, he was very punctual, friendly, and did his best. I would recommend him for more general repairs, but would find a specialist for a more specific/technical repair. See before/after pictures.
