- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is for food only. Any other services will have its own charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will create a personal menu that fits within your budget. Customer will receive an invoice/bill for event. Once event is paid it is considered confirmed and booked and ready for execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in hospitality. Worked in Marriott apprentice program. Catering since 1986. Experienced in many ethnic cuisines with 25+ years in corporate catering and as a personal chef.
