Please keep in mind when doing instant booking that jobs have complications and I may have to stay to finish my current job before moving on. If you’re appointment was made 48 hours or less I may have to reschedule. I do general maintenance repairs on existing homes. I do not run new wire & I do new pipe. I will not fix anything that I am not familiar with or overcharge for services. I rewind & troubleshoot electric motors, install fans, lighting, switches, outlet, landscaping, cleaning, furniture assembly, carpentry, deck building, deck restoration, fence repair, toilet install, etc. I do general handyman work of all kinds and can make smaller to larger repairs and installations.
