I was a client of James and let me just say he is the most attentive therapist I have ever been to. I am a cyclist and James would often spend a few minutes asking very detailed questions about any aches or pains I had. He used a focused approach to message that reflected his attention to detail. James would make anyone an excellent long term choice to supplement a persons general care and well-being.Jun 30, 2014

Mr. Jackson, you never received a session from me, nor gave me a chance to help you; why were you therefore dishonest and gave me a 1 star? No treatments or therapy was performed.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No. No complication in my fees. $1.00 a minute with a fee added for travel expenses (varies according to distance and time traveled, call to discuss this with me personally). This includes more than one person at a location/Only one fee for travel, it does not transfer onto each consecutive person!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Finding out if they have had a professional massage before, what indications and contraindications they are currently presenting (What is bothering them/why they want a massage, and if they have any pre-existing conditions that would warrant more information.), and any limitations that need to be addressed before beginning treatment. (Finnancial or time constraints, for example.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, continuing education is required for my field, and thus I do it for that purpose and for the purpose of learning more. Learning is a solid base on which to branch-out into the various needs of a person!
