Introduction: 1. What is included in my 'consultations'?- I will ask YOU, the client many questions pertaining to the service/(s) that YOU want so I will UNDERSTAND as much as POSSIBLE about you and what look you are going for.
2. I will allow you to tell me ANYTHING you need and show me photos of what you are describing to me until we are BOTH satisfied an comfortable in knowing we BOTH understand what YOU want.
3. I will take EVERY precaution to do ANY chemical process on your hair so that it does MINIMAL damage but YES ALL chemicals do SOME damage to EVERY hair type.
4. I will ALWAYS cut less first, because I can ALWAYS cut more but I cannot regrow your hair in that moment!!! =0)
5. If you are unsure of what you want but you know you want a NEW look, I can and will discuss at length with you what I think will look best on and for you and even do what is necessary to show you on your head what it will look like BEFORE cutting or chemically processing your hair.
6. High and Low lights AND Permanent hair Color requires UPKEEP and requires more visits and more of a financial commitment by you, the client, it requires using the proper products at your home as well, I will discuss ALL of this with you BEFORE you commit.
7. If and when you are ready to change your chemical process and go with your NATURAL color or go curly with a perm or a chemical straightener, PLEASE DO NOT change stylist without telling them before your chemical EXACTLY everything you have had done to your hair in the past 5 years at least!
8. I am child friendly and LOVE to do children's 1st haircuts, they are very special! I have had 3 boys of my own and the 1st cut is a baby book memory, let me know and I will offer this to your child free if you are my client AND I will pick up the 'First hair Cut' package that has a lot of goodies in it for the parents to always remember this moment =0).
9. As a Nail tech, I offer manicures and pedicures but I do NOT do the Acrylic or Gel nails and I DO NOT do Silk Wraps, I have had ALL of these done to my nails that have ALWAYS been naturally long and strong and each of these has damaged MY nails in some way, not saying it is bad for YOU but I will NOT give THESE services!
10. I accept cash payments and business & personal checks, I charge 35.00 for any and ALL returned checks and I will only deposit the check once and if I receive a check that it returned ever I will NOT accept a check from that client again.
EVERYTHING!!!! Meeting new and different people and personalities. I love to smile and laugh and have fun, I am outgoing and will make and keep my clients feeling and looking FABULOUS!!! I really enjoy the precision hair cutting and styling especially when a client wants something NEW, DIFFERENT and FUNKY, but I am just as happy to do precision cuts and styles that conform with everyday society and are a trend. I LOVE showing a client the BIG REVEAL after a make-up session, whether it be everyday make-up, special formal make-up or all out SPECIAL EFFECTS make-up for say Halloween or some special event. Brow waxing and definition is always fun because the client, although hates the pain, they LOVE the transformation and for some reason, I was given a gift when it comes to creating the PEFECT eyebrow and arches! But More than anything, I LOVE my clients that are loyal and call me every time they need a service, I rely on them as much as they do me, I am loyal to my client's just as much as they are me. They have ALL told me things in confidence that I have not and will NEVER repeat and I d the same with them, we form a personal bond that to me is unbreakable. =0)
