I will treat your properties as they were my own. You can expect your renters to be treated with compassion and understanding. You also can expect, a very rigorous collection process. I will WORK for you. I just ask that you support me. I also do expect my customers to keep their properties well maintained, either by themselves or allowing me to have the appropriate people keep them maintained. I will work hard to keep all of our reputations in the best possible light.
