What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different services that I offer and each service has different pricing. Additionally, recurring services do have bundle discounts. Ask about my review discounts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time for a free consultation call get to know what my customer's needs are and based on their needs I assess how to best approach their needs. I'm very flexible and adapt to the specifications of my customers, although I have the initiative so long as it is approved by my customers. I'm quick to change things my customer needs changed and give my best effort all the time to give the most value to everyone of my customers!
