To begin the process, Todd came out and inspected the roof then completed his estimate using up to date software. He then met with the insurance adjuster which resulted in a fully covered claim for both the roof and the inside water damage. It doesn't get much better than that. The entire repair took about a week, which considering the extent of some of the repairs, was totally acceptable. The only improvement would be the initial clean up. (Sorry Todd) When I received a follow up phone call from Todd, he personally took care of the problem. Overall, from start to finish, a really good job. I will be contacting him again if I have a roofing issue.

Mr. Chapman responded to my roofing request within hours. He came to my house & gave me a quote within 3 days, His crew then completed the work the following week. The crew did a great job & cleaned up after the job as if they had never been there!
