- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the level of service and the length of your event. Service Options: - Classic Black Tie Service – $60–$80 for a 2-hour experience. Vest and bow tie color can be customized to your event. - White Glove Formal Service – $120–$150 for a 2-hour experience. Full formal attire with signature “white glove” touches for a more immersive experience. Introductory Offer: The first 5 customers receive a special rate of $50 for Classic Black Tie or $100 for White Glove Service. Additional hours or special customizations may adjust the total price. Weekend bookings may vary slightly due to demand. All prices are inclusive—no hidden fees. My goal is to provide a professional, memorable, and accessible in-home formal service experience for your special occasion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry: You send a message with details about your event, including date, time, location, and preferred service tier (Classic Black Tie or White Glove). 2. Discussion & Customization: I’ll confirm availability, answer any questions, and discuss any personal touches, such as vest/bow tie color (for Classic Black Tie) or special preferences for White Glove Service. 3. Booking & Confirmation: Once we agree on details, we’ll finalize the booking. I provide clear instructions for payment and any setup requirements. 4. Day of Service: I arrive on time, prepared to provide a professional and polished experience. I handle service details—from table setup and drink service to light hosting—so you can enjoy your event without stress. 5. Follow-Up: After the event, I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional guidance for future bookings. Feedback is always welcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate’s degree in Hospitality and have hands-on experience working in fine dining establishments. This background has given me strong skills in: - Formal table and drink service - Event setup and presentation - Customer-focused communication - Creating polished, memorable experiences My training and experience allow me to bring a professional, refined atmosphere to in-home events, tailored to each client’s preferences.
