Introduction: Experience. There are a lot of "phoux-tographers" that just do not have the experience necessary to capture an event as important as a wedding. Having over 200 weddings over the past 20 years you will not have to worry about that. It has unfortunately become more and more prevalent in our industry for couples to have a horrible experience because they hired an unqualified, inexperienced photographer. I frequently have these couples come to me to "fix" other photographer's work. Don't let this happen to you. When your wedding day has come and gone, the best memories will be your wedding photos. I love capturing memories for my clients, so that they can relive those moments for years to come through photographs.

Ryan took my husband, Zach, and I on a short notice. I met him on my wedding day. After meeting with Ryan and speaking with him, I immediately recognized his professional qualities. I felt I could trust him to do a great job, and I felt confident in his abilities. He took the time to get to know Zach and I, and asked for our input on different shots we were interested in. Ryan made taking wedding photos a blast! He really puts all his efforts in his work and I could tell he had a passion for what he was doing. Ryan has great work ethic and is a talented artist. He took pictures throughout the whole event including family members and guests. He is up to date. He likes to try different poses and he is open for any suggestions. The day after the wedding I already had access to view the pictures. It was like re-living the moment. There is a lot of work put into weddings and selecting a photographer to capture the excitement is extremely important. I would not trust anyone else to do my wedding photos than a fun professional like Ryan.

Amazing! Ryan captured images of my engagement and also my wedding, the picture are absolutely beautiful . We live in New Orleans now and I can't find a photographer any where , little does he know he going to take my sons senior pics ! Love ya Ryan!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I ran photo labs and began running portrait studios. It was a natural progression.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First I do a consultation. I meet with the couple and discuss their needs and wants. We discuss their venue, the logistics and planning of the ceremony and reception. I offer bridal portrait sessions, save the date sessions and engagement sessions prior to the wedding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the person you are hiring has shot more than a few weddings. Don't pay someone to be their "experience and learning curve".
