Carlos from JRS was heaven sent! Im currently going thru the process of selling my home and purchasing a new home and was having really bad experiences with finding a reliable & knowledgeable inspectors. Carlos was referred to me by a realtor of mine and im so happy I called him. He was knowledgeable, very professional and detailed. He took the time to inspect areas of my home I didnt even think about and wasnt afraid to tell me when he saw a problem and recommended how to treat it.
