She requested $500.00 upfront fees as a listing agent to sell my house. She made changes to the selling contract without letting me know. She did everything she could to get her commissions without advised me properly. She made me lost a lot of money. Very sad situation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For full time property management with onsite (condos and apartments)occasionally: $50,000 per year. For full time property management with an assistant manager onsite (condos and apartments) regularly: $100,000 per year. For single families property management: 8% of monthly rent and first months rent for placement, security checks, lease agreement and quarterly inspections. Eviction proceedings will be an extra charge per tenant.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each clients needs varies so I try to adjust my duties based on their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In addition, a Masters Degree in Real Estate in 2017.
