- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For full time property management with onsite (condos and apartments)occasionally: $50,000 per year. For full time property management with an assistant manager onsite (condos and apartments) regularly: $100,000 per year. For single families property management: 8% of monthly rent and first months rent for placement, security checks, lease agreement and quarterly inspections. Eviction proceedings will be an extra charge per tenant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each clients needs varies so I try to adjust my duties based on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In addition, a Masters Degree in Real Estate in 2017.
