Mr. Belcher is an excellent contractor. I needed to have a new floor installed in my laundry room. Instead of taking a short cut, he took out the water heater so that he could lay the vinyl plank floor properly. (Not only did he install the floor but he is a plumber as well and put the 50 gallon water heater back perfectly.) I had suggested that he just cut around it but he knew it would not look good if he did it that way. I appreciate his recommendation and guidance. He also set up my new water pan for my new washer once he completed the floor. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again very soon. Also cleaned up everything afterward. Another point, he kept me updated as he had to change the time and was running behind schedule due to another job. I appreciated the updates since I was able to run an errand. I would definitely recommend this young man to anyone. Thanks!
