FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on an hourly rate that is dependent on what type of service or deliverable is needed. Typically, our team can create an estimate of hours required for completion before any work is done. An additional prorated hourly charge may apply depending on client needs for additional edit and review rounds or added services. Depending on what service is needed, we have multiple pricing structures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team begins by providing a 30-minute consultation to understand your needs and help you define your strategy in attaining contracts or grants. After this initial meeting, we send an intake form to gather more detailed information about your specific requirements and goals. Thereafter, we decide together the best route to take, which usually involves either sourcing to gather funding leads or setting up projects you have already found.
