- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal, Semi Private, and Small Group Training Programs range from $10 per session to $45 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation determining activity level, nutrition habits, your specific goals, a timeframe for short/long term goals, past injuries, existing physical limitations, health conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, etc. The next session will be the physical fitness assessment to determine your current level of fitness. We will also discuss logging meals each day, water intake, and the importance of sleep. Over the first 2 weeks of training, we will learn a lot about each other. We will have a good sense of the potential success of our working relationship. I will learn specifically what motivates you, your physical and emotional limits, and continue to change and grow with you!

All our trainers are certified through various highly recognized associations.
