Hired on Thumbtack

Not sure where the disconnect happened but Jose said he didn't get the order from Thumbtack. I booked this 3 days ago and got a confirmation that he would be here. TWICE!!! This is sooooo unacceptable. I needed this done today for a reason. After texting multiple times Jose called me and said he didn't have the order but would come on out for $450. Are you kidding me?? 1 cabinet, 2 towel racks, and laying down 2 area rugs. $450 for that??? Total rip off. I will never trust Thumbtack again if I need something for a specific date.
