I cannot recommend Atlanta Enterprise Refrigerators & Appliances enough, especially Boris. After spending more than three frustrating weeks dealing with another company that repeatedly failed to show up, made excuse after excuse, and left me without a solution, Boris completely restored my faith in professional appliance repair.
What stood out immediately was his communication. If there was ever a question, update, or potential delay, he contacted me right away. There was never any runaround, unanswered calls, or broken promises. He diagnosed the issue correctly, ordered the necessary part, and had my appliancerepaired quickly and efficiently.
What makes this experience even more impressive is that I had previously received a quote from Boris but initially chose another option due to cost. Looking back, that was a mistake. The previous technician not only failed to fix the problem but actually damaged an additional part of my appliance. Boris came in, corrected the original issue, fixed the damage caused by the other technician, and did so without trying to charge me an unreasonable amount of extra money.
He was professional, honest, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. The quality of his work and level of customer service made every dollar worth it.
