- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is for the customer to clarify their needs in an initial conversation. I like to discuss any special needs or requirements before contract signing. Tasting can be arranged. I require 50% of payment two weeks before event. The rest due at delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training steming from fast good to fine dining. I have 25 years experience. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta where I earned a Associates Degree in Occupational Science in Culinary. I am presently acquiring my Bachelors Degree from Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale in Hospitality Management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking since I was a child. By 12 years of age, I was cooking full course meals.As a teenager I worked for several fast food chains. As a young adult, I worked as a Deli/ Bakery Manager for several well known grocery store chains. I took the opportunity to go to Culinary School and now here I am running my own business.
