Well I came out to talk with her, and the first thing i did was to look at her DSL modem, well it turn out that she did not need a router because the DSL modem was wireless ready.     I contacted Earnest about my computer not working correctly and hard driver malfunctioning, He assured me he could fix it in a timer manner. As promised I received my computer back two days later working like charm.......


How did you get started doing this type of work?
The reason that I got in to Information Technology was for the knowledge base. I just wanted to make sure that if I took my computer in for service, If I knew that it was the modem that was the problem and not the land card that the service tech told me. And now I try to teach or show my client what the problem maybe so that if it happen again. They will be a well informed consumer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
PC & Laptop Diagnostic and Repair, Printer installation Network installation, Hardware and Software Upgrades Custom Build Systems, System Restoration Virus,Spyware, Ad-ware, Scare Ware Removal Turn Around Time within 2 to 3 days in some cases Comprehensive cleaning program, Basic Tutoring, and much, much more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I just want people to know that I want to help, and I don't think it should cost a arm and a leg to make that happen. Yes I am well aware that I am a IT Pro, but I shouldn't charge you as if I was a Doctor or Lawyer. I believe that cost should not be the reason why you can't get you computer fixed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we love technology, but we will never ever forget you are the customer. With out you there is no G&E and that is old school.
