- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The reason that I got in to Information Technology was for the knowledge base. I just wanted to make sure that if I took my computer in for service, If I knew that it was the modem that was the problem and not the land card that the service tech told me. And now I try to teach or show my client what the problem maybe so that if it happen again. They will be a well informed consumer.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I just want people to know that I want to help, and I don't think it should cost a arm and a leg to make that happen. Yes I am well aware that I am a IT Pro, but I shouldn't charge you as if I was a Doctor or Lawyer. I believe that cost should not be the reason why you can't get you computer fixed.
