There aren't enough exclamation points to put behind "absolutely awesome" to describe how Melanie Sapp helped me. I had accumulated so much stuff and couldn't motivate myself to declutter alone, so I hired Melanie to "help" me. She did more than help. She accomplished what I'd been hoping to do for years. Dozens of bags were given to charity and some things to a consignment store. Enough that I added to my wardrobe with the extra money! Because Melanie was so efficient and a joy to work with, I hired her to help me with a garden club luncheon I was hosting. She planned the menu, decorated and was even there the day of the event to take care of last minute glitches. I can't say enough about how helpful she was, how professional and honest she is. She is on speed dial for me.

Melanie Sapp is a lifesaver! She helped our family during an embarrassing situation -- bad head lice infestation! We were in an absolute panic, working on an important deadline, leaving in a couple days for vacation with another family, had a million things to do and no time to deal with nasty head lice. So we called Melanie and she immediately put us at ease. She came to our home and got rid of the lice and nits. Then, told us exactly what we needed to do for the house (and it was much less than what you’d read online!). Melanie even called us after vacation to make sure everything was still ok. It was a life-saver and money well spent. I hope we never ever had head lice again! But if we do, my first call will be to Melanie!

I retired last year from an IT career and was excited about enjoying my newfound freedom. I always rely on Melanie to research hotels, bed & breakfasts, rental properties on VRBO and Airbnb and whittle down the most unique options. It’s easy to stay in a Marriott but I’d rather find an adorable inn, but don't have the patience to search. Melanie also saves me many hours researching where the locals dine, finding excellent tour guides, and even tracking down coupons and discounts for our trips. The last thing I want to do again is sit in front of a computer for hours, so hiring Melanie helps me have fun without the hassle!

Melanie helped our school with several major writing projects in our pursuit of national education awards. One particular project had many sections written by at least a half dozen people. Melanie re-arranged and re-wrote them so the final product had a singular voice. With that cohesion, and her added spark to some of the lackluster parts, the completed project was a great success. Our school was honored with the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for Georgia in Washington D.C. Melanie made it happen!

What I appreciated most about working with Melanie was her ability to work independently and her time management skills. I never had to hand-hold her to get a clerical or organizational project done in a timely and efficient way. She never missed a deadline and projects were completed exactly the way I wanted. Some of the information was confidential and I trusted her completely with the sensitive material.
