Although I was not made aware of the base costs before the technician (Matt) arrived, he respectfully shared this information and went ahead to diagnose our concerns. Matt showed us the problem when he found it and fixed it in less than 2 hours with no damage to our property. He fixed the weird, broken wiring that powered the lights in connected sections of the house. Overall, communication was great, he was respectful of our property and our lights work again! We're happy with the work that was done.

Matt the technician knew his stuff! Got to the root of the problem and I was up and running in no time! I had 3 technicians come to the house prior but to no avail. Also, pricing was very reasonable. Especially when compared to their competitors! One more thing. Matt arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time. About 20 minutes which was great! He did call me ahead of time to let me know. I am a very satisfied customer!
