Although I was not made aware of the base costs before the technician (Matt) arrived, he respectfully shared this information and went ahead to diagnose our concerns. Matt showed us the problem when he found it and fixed it in less than 2 hours with no damage to our property. He fixed the weird, broken wiring that powered the lights in connected sections of the house. Overall, communication was great, he was respectful of our property and our lights work again! We're happy with the work that was done.
