- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are flat. I’m trying to focus more on building a longterm relationship with the home/business owner. We can negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a friendly guy, usually I call the customer and introduce myself and we work forward from there. I try and do everything I can to make sure I don’t disappoint as I am still working to build my company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the IEC and received my electrical certificate, went on to pass my master electrical exam and returned to teach first years at the very same school.
