Know exactly what you are looking for, what you want your finished look to be, and be open to the idea of having the stylist tweak a specific style to fit you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew that doing hair is a whole lot more complicated than curling hair. As a master cosmetologist, I had to learn about everything from skin care to anatomy and chemistry.
