We were moving from out of state, and we were getting our floors refinished and stained. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everyone we communicated with was responsive, friendly, and respectful. They worked with our (and our real estate agent's) schedule for developing an estimate and completing the work. They sent plenty of pictures and kept us updated as the project progressed. The floors look great and we highly recommend footprint floors!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are necessarily the least expensive, however we offer a great service and 1 year guarantee on our installation. We do not just sell the job and walk away. We are hands on project managers as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up (very important!), but most importantly, I listen to the customers needs and offer solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and have taken over 40 hours of hands on flooring installation from a NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) instructor.
