Antoinette was really great to work with. I needed some doors painted to look fresh in an older home and she did a great job. She even looked around and suggested other improvements the house might need since I’m not handy myself. She offered to touch up other little areas that could use a quick brush of paint. All in all, I felt comfortable with her in my home. She was also responsive via text so if she was wrapping up another project, she let me know that she’d be a little late, which I appreciated.

So our 2yr old locked herself in the bathroom with the water running and we had to break the door down to get to her. The frame was damaged and we had to get it repaired.
We we're contacted by Antoinette about the job and from the start she was very professional. No surprise pricing, she kept her appointment with the estimate and repair. The quality of work is great. I would hire her and her company again in a heartbeat

The remodeling was going fine and then Antoinette disappeared. She would not respond to phone calls or e-mails. She was already being difficult with setting one time to arrive and getting to the house several hours later. Although her work was good, her promptness was unreliable. Eventually, she did not show up and we advised her not to come back.
One of her helpers even stole an item from us. She said she would take care of it, but she is not being forthcoming.
I tried my best to work with her, but the lack of communication and then not showing up at all makes it impossible. I do not recommend her for any further work. She needs to be more responsible with their handling of business.
