​I connected with National Electrical Services through Thumbtack to fix a non-working ceiling fan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
​From start to finish, the electrician was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to getting the job done 100% right without rushing. After diagnosing the issue on the first visit, he ordered a replacement part. When the initial transmitter arrived, it wasn't the exact right fit. Rather than cutting corners or settling for a workaround, he transparently explained the situation and insisted on ordering the correct part so my fan would retain all its original features.
​The correct transmitter arrived shortly after, and he returned promptly for a third visit to complete the installation. The fan works perfectly now!
​It took a total of three visits, and every single visit was top-quality service. If you want an electrician who values craftsmanship, honesty, and quality over quick fixes, I highly recommend his services.
