FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual sessions as well as discounted packages for couples, premarital counseling, and ongoing coaching. Payment is straightforward, with no hidden fees, and I’m always open to discussing options that fit your situation. I, however, do not accept insurance at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to hear your story and goals. From there, we customize a plan—whether it’s weekly counseling sessions, coaching conversations, or a focused package like premarital counseling or conflict mediation. Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and action-oriented. At this time all sessions are conducted via Zoom video call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master’s degree in pastoral counseling and have completed specialized training in marriage counseling, soul care coaching, and conflict resolution through peacemaking certification programs. I integrate evidence-based practices with a faith-centered approach. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS facilitator. Additionally, I have completed the Christian Family Life Oneness Course, alongside my husband, and have successfully walked with many couples in their journey to “Two Becoming One”.
