Tiffany and Sanchez arrived exactly as they scheduled and were set and ready to serve on time. The food was excellent, the service just as good and they complimented our event perfectly. It was a smashing success.

The truck broke down and they were over 2 hours late to the event. They did not call and tell me they would be late, I had to repeatedly call them to get them to talk to me about where they were. First they should of been there at 6:30, then they said they would be there at 7:45 then when they did not show they said they would be there at 8:25. We finally got the food started about 9pm. Then the line was so slow it literally took hours for people to get the food. I also paid for 3 different entrees and they only served 2. People at the event also said that they were rude. the food was all right. To make up for everything they offered to give me free desserts, which after what I paid I did not feel was quite fair. But now of course they will not answer me. My event was affected greatly by choosing this vendor. I understand things happen, with the truck, but this was truly unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly suggest not using this vendor.

Pappy's confirmed with our apartment community on October 13th to come out from 5pm to 8pm on the 20th of October for our monthly Food Truck Friday event. I was told they would be here at 4:30PM to set up. At 4:38PM they had not arrived so I sent a message looking for an update- no response. I called and left a voicemail, and again, no response. Myself and the residents were completely ignored. Updating the review: Apparently the rear end of their truck was hit by a garbage truck and that was why they were unable to make it. I was told they sent a message at 2PM today but that message never made it to me.
