Elena, Yuri and Roman saved our kitchen! After another pro completely botched the job, we called Elena in a panic (on recommendation from a neighbor) and not only did they fix the job, they stuck to their original estimate even after finding further damage done by contractor #1. It was a natural choice to have them return to do a total reno of our bathroom. Elena has a great design eye and helped with the layout, tile and paint selection. Yuri is professional, on time, and cleans up daily. We would definitely use them again.

We first understand the scope, then schedule for us to come over to take measurements and discuss options. After this, we provide an estimate. If a customer approves our estimate, we convert it to an invoice and schedule the project after 10% deposit is paid.
