I hired him to install some drywall for a bathroom addition in my basement, I was so pleased that the project turned into drywalling the rest of the basement, painting, installing doors etc. His pricing was very competitive but the quality of his work is what really got me. His work ethic is second to none. He was always there when he said he would be there. I appreciated the time and care that he took to make sure the job was done correctly and looked good. He gave me many great tips and suggestions that I took and even though some of them may not have been his area of expertise he pointed the things out to me so that I could make an informed decision and reach out to the correct people to assist in solving the problem. Idelle S. says, "I hired Wadner to do two jobs for me. The first was to uninstall and reinstalling bifold doors. The carpentry work was seamless as you can’t see any nail holes. In addition, he placed the wood in front of the track which reduces the unsightly gap. He offered to paint, which I declined as I am on the fence with paint colors. Then he removed my back door and added it back. There was an inch gap on one side. The previous contractor added insulation however Wadner removed and realigned the door. Removing the trim as well. He is extremely meticulous with his work space, cleaning as he goes along. The first 3 are the before photos and the second set are the finished product."See more
