Very unprofessional behavior. Chris fixed a simple pipe leak yesterday at my rental property. I told him that this was a rental and instructed him specifically inot to discuss anything with my tenant, but rather consult with me about what he was going to do. He called me before he started the job and said that there were two ways to fix the problem - an inexpensive one and a much more elaborate expensive one. I asked if the cheaper one will be OK as a intermediate to long term fix, and he said that it should be fine. I chose to go with the less expensive option. Today, I find out from my tenant that Chris told him that I was a very cheap owner and didn't want to pay the money to do it right. Unethical, unprofessional and totally disrespectful to the person who is his client and who pays the bill. Terribly disappointing.

My pricing is in the middle of the road. I try to make sure its affordable to all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling for me to come out. I look over what is needed. I like to provide options so that the customer is comfortable with what they are paying and what they are getting for the price. Communication is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for almost 10yrs. That is not that long to me and with the plumbing industry constantly changing I'm always making sure to continue my education.
