- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t price projects by guessing hours or offering generic packages. Our price based on impact,complexity, and long term value. Before quoting anything and take time to understand what the product needs to do, who it’s for, and how it will be used after launch. Some projects look simple on the surface but require careful architecture or integrations; others need more design thinking than development. Our pricing reflects that reality. Everything is discussed upfront, including what’s included, what’s optional, and what might become a future phase. There are no surprise fees. If a project involves third-party services like hosting, APIs, paid tools, or app store costs, those are identified early so clients can make informed decisions. For larger builds, we typically break payments into milestones tied to real progress, not arbitrary dates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking questions most developers skip. Not just what you want built, but why, who it’s for, and what success actually looks like once it’s live. After that, we translate those answers into a clear plan, what will be built now, what should wait, and what would be a mistake to include too early. This planning phase often saves clients time and money before any code is written.During design and development, I work in visible stages. Clients see progress, provide feedback and understand decisions as they’re made. Testing isn’t treated as an afterthought; it’s built into the process to avoid issues after launch. Once the product is live, we don’t disappear but stay available to help with refinements, scaling, or ongoing improvements.
