My name is Mackenzie Iglesias and I’m an intuitive healer and certified wellness practitioner. My practice and offerings are centered around embracing and tapping into the magic we all have inside of us! I offer practices to connect body, mind and spirit through— yoga, meditation, breath work, energy healing, oracle card reading + rituals. Aligning body, mind and spirit is the core intent of my practice. I've been practicing yoga for over 7 years and teaching professionally full time for the past 4 years. I'm a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and experienced oracle card reader. Mackenzie is a thoughtful and experienced yoga instructor. I enjoy doing classes with her in person, and online. She is knowledgeable about spirituality, reiki, and meditation. Her voice is soothing and her instructions really help how you do your poses. She would always pay attention to each of her students. Always an awesome flow with her!

I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 20 years and I find yoga to be the best exercise for me. Mackenzie came to my house to guide a practice for myself & several friends, each with a different level of ability. She was able to help each of us adapt to the poses. Her knowledge and her love of yoga came through in the way she guided us to awaken our spine and find peace that only comes from realizing that we are each unique in our own way. We were so thankful for our practice with her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before our first session, I like to chat with new clients to get to know their goals and what they'd like to get out of each session. I'll also get some basic information such as your level of practice, any injuries, favorite music, and preferred style of yoga class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 hour teacher. I am a certified Reiki Level 2 Practitioner.
